How KSS-FFMS works
Four controlled steps, from approval to AI evidence.
Request & authorize
Configure drivers, vehicles, limits, allowed stations, and approval rules. The system issues a secure QR voucher or mobile authorization, validated before fuelling starts.
Verify at station
The driver presents the QR voucher; the attendant validates the authorization and confirms the correct vehicle, driver, and respected limits before approval.
Dispense
Fuel is dispensed normally. KSS works as a governance layer on existing pumps — faster deployment, lower disruption, multi-OMC and cross-border ready.
AI evidence capture
The attendant photographs the pump screen. KSS records liters, amount, pump, timestamp, GPS, and image — then AI and OCR validate the dispensed quantity.
